r来自大气经过风室过滤后的空气，由鼓风机送至预热器经蒸汽加热到130---135度，进入气流干燥塔与离心后的浆料接触，使颗粒表面的水分汽化，夹带树脂的气流切线进入旋风干燥器，经干燥的树脂与气流一起进入一组旋风分离器，大部分树脂被分离出来进入振动筛，过筛后进入料仓进行包装。 四、 聚氯乙烯的应用 高分子量树脂力学性能好，加增塑剂后制成软质制品，主要用于薄膜、包装材料、容器、电线；低分子量树脂容易加工，适合于硬质制品，用于管、板、下水道和建筑材料。 氯乙烯-醋酸乙烯-酯共聚物流动性好，加工温度低，用于唱片、地板、涂料。 氯乙烯-丙-烯-腈共聚物的软化温度、强度较高，并改善溶解性，宜作纤维；氯乙 烯-丙-烯-酸-酯类共聚物的耐候性、冲击性有所提高。 氯乙烯-丙-烯共聚物的流动性和热稳定性较好，可作瓶料。
